He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Clowe; his parents, John Clowe and Amelia Clowe; his brothers, John and Chris Clowe; and his brothers-in-law, Jim O'Keefe and Jim O'Toole.
He is survived by: his son Winston; his caregiver Juanita; his grandchildren, Shane (Kirsten), Ben (Chantelle), Jenitta (Nathan), Kayla (Clarence), Jacob (Reanna) and Michaela; his great grandchildren, Kate, Raelynn, Aurora, Randel, Nora Jean, Declan, Ben and Kegan; his siblings, Kerry Clowe (Theresa) of Torbay, Winston Clowe (Karen), Rennie Clowe of Ferryland, Sylvia Long (Graham), Joyce O'Keefe, Mae Clowe and Irama O'Toole of St. John's; his sisters-in-law, Janie Collins of Hare Bay and Evelyn Clowe of Marystown; Melvin, AB and Marlene Power of St. John's.
