She was predeceased by : her parents, John Drover and Elizabeth Drover; her parents-in-law, Richard and Alice Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Bill Drover, Peter Drover, Phonse Drover, Mary Kate Keating and Josephine Butler.

She is survived by : her husband Peter; her children, Danny (Wanda) of Marystown and Anne Marie Hodder (George) of Marystown; her grandchildren, Peter, Lisa and Kaylee; her great grandchildren, Jamis, Leo and Hendrix; her siblings, Gertrude Howe (Edwin) of St. John's and Jerome Drover (Mary Ann) of Clarkes Beach; and her sister-in-law Anna Rose (Marystown).

In Mary's memory, in-lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
