He is survived by: his wife Edna Slaney; his sons, Paul Slaney (Kayleigh Flynn) of Marystown and Trevor Slaney of Marystown; his brother Peter Slaney of St. Lawrence; his siblings-in-law, Bernice Clarke (Gilbert Lockyer) of Point, Michael Clarke of Ontario and Harry Clarke of Alberta; his pet Willow; and his caregivers, Velma Farrell and Kayleigh Flynn.
