She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Thomas "Junior" Barry; her daughters, Pamela Whittle (Brad) of Slave Lake, AB and Christina Barry (Kirk Baker) of Marystown; her grandchildren, Jacob, Chloe, Ella and Charlie; her mother Sheila Synard of Marystown; her siblings, Laura Denty (Brad) of Boat Harbour, Valerie Bourne (Ken) of Ottawa, Bernice Thornhill of Marystown, Alice Lundrigan (Andy) of Parker's Cove, Anita Lambe (Wayne) of Mount Pearl and Mike Synard (Rita) of St. John's; her stepsiblings, Jim Synard, Jerome Synard, John Synard, Sheila Whittle and Lucy Pardy; her children, Michelle and Ryan; her father Michael Synard; her stepfather Alphonsus Synard; her niece Shelley Ann Denty; and her parents-in-law, Thomas and Louise Barry.
