We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2022, at the age of 72, Rosalind Cheryl Ward of Marystown, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lorne Edison and Pearl Edison; and her parents-in-law, John and Catherine Ward. She is survived by : her husband Phonse; her sons, Chad (Kim) of Paradise and Christopher (Cassandra) of Marystown; her grandchildren, Leah, Lauren, Aiden and Francis; and her siblings, Sonia Edison of Ontario and Brian Edison of Edmonton.

While following the current COVID 19 restrictions the family will be accepting public visitation on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022 from: 10:00am to 12 noon 2:00pm to 4:00pm A private funeral service will be held at Wiseman's Funeral Home in Marystown for family and close friends only.

In Rosalind's memory donations may be made to A Charity of One's Choice or flowers gratefully accepted.

“Phonse, My deepest condolences to you and all your family. My mom speaks very fondly of you and your whole family. Her name is Kathleen (Catherine) Sutton and she resides at the Ruby Manor in St. John’s. She grew up on Portugal Cove Point and spent her married life in Trepassey. I believe your Mom and her were cousins. She wanted me to pass along her wishes and know she is praying for you all. Carina Jardine”
