He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Higdon and Jessie Higdon of Millertown, NL.; and his siblings, Loderick, Ralph, Cyril and Helen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lorraine Stephenville (Robert), Patricia Sussex (Patrick) and Randy Buchans (Brandi); and his brother-in-law Eric Osmond. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
