It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Addie Naomi (Higdon) Cooke of Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 19, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Cyril Cooke; her parents, Flora Higdon and Herbert Higdon; her brother Ronald Higdon; her nephew Craig Higdon; her close friend Tom Ryan; and her pets, Jody, Beau, Pebbles, Ruff, Katie and Teddy.

She is survived by : her daughter Heather (Barry Whalen); her grandson Alex Whalen (Emily Fowler); her siblings, Norm Higdon, Doug Higdon (Sheila) and Janice Skanes (Geoff); her sister-in-law Jean Higdon; and her pet Rica.
