We are sad to announce that, on February 25, 2021, at the age of 59, Annette Chaulk of Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, born in Bonavista, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Abel, Gertrude Mouland, Chris and Deborah Chaulk; her parents, Albert Chaulk and Meta Chaulk; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Stacey.

She is survived by: her siblings, Chris and Michelle (Byron) of Ottawa, ON; her nephew Albert; her nieces, Stacey, Tara, Rachel and Krista; her cousins, Stella Park and Bev Smith of Corner Brook, NL; her aunt Hilda Murray of Mount Pearl, NL; Denise (Shon) of Ottawa, ON.
