It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Beverly Evely (Mount Pearl, Newfoundland), who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfreda Green and Jonas Green; her son Bruce; and her siblings, Alice Green, Effie Hutchings, Nora Gillingham and Aaron Green.
She is survived by: her husband Roy; her daughters, Nancy Dillon (Jason), Paradise and Bonnie Bishop; her grandchildren, Drew, Gavin Dillon, Corissa-Lynn, Taylor Bishop and Bae Evely; her brother Frank Green (Essie); and her siblings-in-law, Pamela Graham (Robert), Stewart, Albert (Theresa) and Lloyd (Dorothy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy flowers will be graciously accepted or donations in Clara's memory may be made to the Cowan Heights United Church, St. John's.
