It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris (Quinton) Butt of Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Morris of Barrett's Mount Pearl Chapel. She is survived by: her family, Susan, Doreen, Terri, Coleman, Gary, Andrew, Charmaine, Laila and Joe; her children, David and Andrea (Phil); her brother Maurice Quinton; her siblings' children, Susan (Steve Cater) and Stephen (Sharon); her brother Alfred Quinton; her nephew Andrew (Charmaine); her brothers, Robert and Joe (Dawn); her pet Sammie Jo; her cousin Doris; her close friends, Milt, Mary and Sammie Jo; and her great-niece Laila. She is also survived by her extended family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home - Mount Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home Mount Pearl Chapel - Mt. Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7).
