She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel; her son Calvin; her siblings, Mildred Dicker and Robert Lee; and her half-siblings, Aubrey Wells (Helen) and Lucy Bath.
She is survived by: her children, Susie Taylor (Ross), Lloyd (Cheryl), Samuel Jr. (Alana) and David (Patricia); her daughter-in-law Sharon Prior; her siblings, Elizabeth Ford of Edmonton, Freda Evans of Grand Falls and Gordon Lee; her sister-in-law Marilyn Lee of Hare Bay; and her half-sisters, Judy Whittle and Maisie Matterface.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home - Mount Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barrett's Funeral Home Mount Pearl Chapel - Mt. Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery (53 James Ln, St. John's, NL A1E3H3).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Janeway Children's Hospital would be gratefully accepted.
