He is survived by: his sons, Randolph Charles (Petrina) and Anthony Edward (Cindy); his granddaughter Abigal Mary-Ann; his siblings, Winston Toope (Lori Davies) and Susan McGrath (Roy); and his sister-in-law Sharon Toope.
