With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Mallard (Mount Pearl, Newfoundland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 28, 2025 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Mallard to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Mallard; her son Ken (Denise); her parents, William Gushue and Molly Gushue; and her siblings, William, Katherine and Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Don (Brenda), Tish, Sue (late Ev), Liz (late Brian), Lou (Robert), Tom (Violet), Jim (Janet), John (Karen), Cathy (Fred), Brenda (Fred), Geri (Kevin), Christina (Mike), Rose Ash (Terry) and Debbie (Fred Tucker); her close friend Shirley Hemmins (Bruce); and her caregiver Anne Earle. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.
