It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Marie (Parsons) Baggs of Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, who passed away on May 3, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Parsons and Olive Parsons; and her brothers-in-law, Cyril Baggs (Toni) and Clarence Dunne. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Kim (Kevin) and John (Marilyn); her siblings, Dave (Glenda) and Sandra; her granddaughters, Ashley (Zack), Charlie and Avery; her great grandchildren, Wesley and Theo; her aunt Queenie; her uncle Ralph; and her friend Audrey Boyles.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home - Mount Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home Mount Pearl Chapel - Mt. Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7).
