It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judy (Mugga) Ada Ricketts (Mount Pearl, Newfoundland), who passed away on July 2, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Felix Ricketts; her parents, Maxwell Day and Lucy Day; her brother Bruce Day; her sister-in-law Sheila Day; and her son-in-law Bill Burroughs.
She is survived by: her children, Carol, Bridget (Douglas Ballam) and Brian (Ginette); her grandchildren, Katie Ballam, Brianna Ricketts and Andrew Ballam; and her brothers, Scott and Harvey (Florence).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Barrett's Mount Pearl Chapel.
