He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Hayley and Pearl Hayley; his brother Tommy; his parents-in-law, Herbert and Ella Mouland; and his brother-in-law Lorin Mouland.

He is survived by: his wife Motee Mouland; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Morgan; his granddaughters, Abigayle, Jordan and Evie; his sisters, Eileen Penney (Bruce) and Ruby Spracklin; his in-laws, Arthur Mouland (Ruth), Ruby Barrett (Howard), Richard Mouland (Trudy), Terry Mouland (Ada), Norma Stokes (Ray) and Phoebe Mouland; Wilson Hayley (Beulah). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family, and friends.
