She was predeceased by: her husband Kevin; her parents, Patrick Dillon and Gertrude Dillon; her sister Pasty; and her brother-in-law Gerry Galway.
She is survived by: her son Frank; her daughter-in-law Andrea O'Neill; her grandchildren, Heather and Patrick; her brother Frank; and her siblings-in-law, Bernadette Dillon (Bun), Mary (late David Dancey) and Edward (Marina). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, and grand-nieces as well as a large circle of friends.
Over 25 years she displayed her empathy for others, demonstrated her charity, and often in the heat of the kitchen her well known humour and pleasant demeanor.
