He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pearson (Jack) and Jessie Pearson (Synard); and his brothers, John, Peter and Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his sons, Sheldon (Catherine Couperus) and Robert; his grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Megan, Jakob, Ellianah and Bethanie; and his siblings, Martha Fitzgerald (late Brendan), Mary Ducey (Peter), Joan Whiffen (Bruce), Geraldine Macdonald (late Pat), Bernard (late Loretta) and Maude O'Toole. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
