He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon; his parents, Everett Barnes and Mary Barnes; and his stepmother Clara Barnes. He is survived by: his son Jason (Candace); his granddaughters, Lyla and Lily Barnes; his brothers, Gary (Marion) and Neil; his nephews, Adam, Jonathan and Mark; and his friends, Linda and Peter.
