It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Loretta (Parsons) Dooley of Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Parsons and Mary Parsons; her siblings, Josephine (George), Madeline (Wilbur), Caleb (Emily), Thomas (Jean) and Ronald Dooley; and her siblings-in-law, Florence, Gerald, Leonard, Gordon and John Dooley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Flora (Steven) and Rhonda; her grandchildren, Alona (Tasha), Tamara (Cameron), Jessica (Michael), Scott, Courtney (Matthew) and Jacob (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Lux, Dax and Herschel; her siblings, Winston (Annie) and Rebecca (Stan); her siblings-in-law, Rose Schembri (Joe), Carol Dooley, Audrey Dooley and Doug Whitten; her nephew Kerry (Cheryl); and her grandson Dane.
