She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Norman (Nathan); her grandsons, Tyler and Sam; her daughter Charlene Best (Gary); her grandson Stephen; and her siblings, Eric Snelgrove (family: Llewelyn Snelgrove) and Ruth Brookings. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Though Alzheimer's disease gradually took many of her memories, it never diminished the love she gave so freely throughout her life.
