He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Anstey and Annie Anstey; his siblings, Alma Chard (Ray) and David Anstey (Janette); his parents-in-law, Percival and Bessie Burbridge; and his siblings-in-law, Myrtle Anstey, Freeman Burbridge and Don Keough.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Lisa (Ron), Linda (Keith) and Corey (Robbi); his grandchildren, Chris (Emily), Jarod (Kaitlyn), Brent, Avery and Kennedy; and his siblings, Arthur Anstey, Austin Anstey (Kitty), Barry Anstey (Donna), Flo Dearing (Gerald), Shirley Boone (Graham) and Rose Keough.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home - Mount Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home Mount Pearl Chapel - Mt. Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7).
