He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Sharpe; his parents, Frank Sharpe and Lillian Sharpe; his brother Glen Sharpe; and his father-in-law Arthur.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Tanya), Melissa Sharpe Leaning (Jeffery) and Matthew (Lauren); his grandchildren, Olivia, Ella, Leah, Jonathan, Zachary, Timothy, Lillian and Adeline; his brothers, Stewart (Sylvia) and Dean (Cynthia); and his in-laws, Stephen (Doris) and Pamela.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home - Mount Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Innocents Anglican Church (297 Paradise Rd, Paradise, NL A1L2V5).
