He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Bishop and Gladys Bishop; his brother Jim Bishop (Shirley); and his siblings-in-law, Ed Pike, Fred (Marjorie Baker), Joe (Joan Baker), Vera (Sandy Forward) and Gordon Forward.
He is survived by: his wife Daphne; his children, Kim Dawe (Gerard) and Bill Bishop (Phonesa); his granddaughters, Catherine and Chelsea Dawe; his siblings, Eric (Gloria) and Gertie Pike; his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Baker (Jean) and Jean Forward; and his friend Rev. Wayne Parsons (Dean William Bellamy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to The Diabetes Association or a charity of ones choice.
