He was predeceased by : his wife Sarah Burrage (Green); his parents, James Burrage and Mabel Burrage; his parents-in-law, John and Violet Green; his brother John (Mary Burrage); and his sister-in-law Emma (William Snow).

He is survived by : his daughters, Cheryl Crummell (Boyd) and Suzanne Spencer (Roy); his grandsons, Colin and Stephen; and his great grandchild Shay.
