She was predeceased by: her daughter Paula Bernadette; her parents, Samuel John and Mary Jane Hunt; her siblings, John Hunt (Geraldine) and Doris Hunt; her siblings-in-law, Chloe Hunt, Piercy Bungay, Richard Parsons and Kenneth Pickett; her parents-in-law, Stewart Cook and Beatrice Cook; and her brothers-in-law, Gordon Cook, William Cook (Carrie) and Ralph Cook (Marie).

She is survived by: her husband Jack Cook (John); her daughters, Judy Lane (Barry), Ruth Perry (Rodney) and Jackie Parsons (Wayne); her grandchildren, Barry Lane (Nikki), Bradley Lane (Amanda), Paula Gill (Tim), Jasmine Lane, Jeanine Perry (David), Janice Parsons and Lucas Parsons (Haley); her great grandchildren, Cameron, Alicia, Mya, Dawson, Gorje, Raelynn, Jack, Denver, Lailah, Daxton, Wren and Evie; her godchildren, Brandy Oldford and Vondelle Cook; her siblings, Jesse Hunt (Susie), Wilfred Hunt (Irene), Peter Hunt, Clyde Hunt, Tony Hunt, Terry Hunt, Clara Bungay, Ruby Parsons and Wanda Pickett; and her sisters-in-law, Gertie and Maude Cook.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church. A family service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 4:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
