He was predeceased by: his grandmother Vera Winsor; and his pet Laci. He is survived by: his parents, Sheldon Winsor and Tina Winsor; his grandparents, Joseph, Violet Best and Fraser Winsor of Wesleyville; his uncle Keith (Maureen) of Labrador City; his aunts, Vondale (Vyrm) of Dover, Paula (Jeff) of Mount Pearl, Lori (Roger) of Labrador City, Wanda Best of Valleyfield and Wendy (Larry) of Wesleyville; his cousins, Clinton, Kayla, Elizabeth, Melissa, Greer, Taylor, Jessie and Morgan; his pet Pooses; his sister Taya; and his pets, Dexter and Jed.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Koen's memory to The Winsor Family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
