Lloyd John Gill Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Lloyd John Gill (Musgrave Harbour, Newfoundland). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Gill and Lydia Gill; his parents-in-law, Harvey and Blanche Brown; his grandson Sheldon Gill; his brother Joseph Gill; and his siblings-in-law, Francis, Gloria Gill, Eldred Brown and Harvey Jr. Brown.

He is survived by : his wife Betty; his children, Terry Gill (Colleen Rideout) of Ontario, Belinda Brown (Harold Brown) of Ontario and Tammy Gill-Burbine (Rick Novak) of Ontario; his siblings, Edward Gill of Trinity, Wilson Gill of Ontario, Isabel Stagg (Percy Stagg) of Ontario and Pauline Brown (Gerald Brown) of St. John's; his grandchildren, Brandon (Amanda), Joshua Gill (Dale), Melissa, Ryan Brown (Sarah), Steven (Lydia) and Devan Burbine (Evelyn); and his great grandchildren, Chase Brown, Audrey, Lennon Gill and Maggie Burbine. He is also survived by close friends, other family members.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. Alban's Anglican Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Lloyd's memory to The Gill Family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
