She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Whitten; her parents, Richard Pickett and Mary Pickett of Indian Bay; her brothers, Kenneth Pickett and James Pickett; her parents-in-law, Dan and Emaline Whitten; and her siblings-in-law, Hubert Whitten, Eric Whitten, Mae Murphy and Lorraine Whitten.

She is survived by: her siblings, Lorraine Hunt (Clyde) of Wareham, Beatrice Hunt (Fred) of Wareham, Pauline Hunt (Lorne) of Wareham, Emily Dyke (Willie) of Wareham, Christine Collins (Dean) of Indian Bay, Oliver Pickett of Indian Bay and Joe Pickett (Rosalind) of Indian Bay; her siblings-in-law, Wanda Pickett, Lillian Pickett of Indian Bay, Gerry Whitten (Regina) of St. John's, Doug Whitten (Diane) of St. John's and Jean Harris of St. John's; and her friend Ross. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
