He is survived by: his sisters, Frances (Esau) and Rebecca (Eli); his son-in-law Gerard; his grandsons, Jeffery and Calvin; his great grandchild Hayden; his sisters, Lily (late Malcolm), Eileen (late Martin) and Selena (Gerald); his children, Spencer (Arlene), Alma (Cliff), Linda (Clifford), Wendy (Gerard) and Wanda (Darrell); his grandchildren, Clifford (Paulette), Christina (Tommy), Cindy, Sherry (Joe), Stacey, Kevin (Dia), Kayla (Anthony), Jessica, Colin (Krystyna), Jason (Keisha), Austin (Victoria) and Darrell; and his wife Grace.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Spencer's memory may be made to the Cutler family, who will decide on monetary disbursements at a later date.
