She is survived by : her children, Kristen Kay of Taylorsville, Kendra Wilson of Taylorsville, Jazzmyne Smith of Taylorsville and Kevin Wilson; her daughter-in-law Savannah Wilson of Anchorage, AK; her father Darrell Kay of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Ezeakiel Wilson of Anchorage, AK, Zachariah Wilson of Taylorsville and Zephaniah Wilson of Anchorage, AK; and her brother Dustin Kay of Taylorsville.
