He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lorraine Rowe and Cecil; his significant other Betty Walters; his daughters, Pamela Rowe-Tetford (Bruce Tetford) and Zoe Rowe-Watson (Roy Belluz); his stepfather Hubert Messervey; and his grandchildren, Lauren Tetford, Evan Tetford, William Pullen and Scott Watson.
