Eva Barrett Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Barrett (Old Perlican, Newfoundland), who passed away on March 21, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Whalen and Elizabeth Whalen; her husband Gerald Barrett; and her siblings, Lawrence, Eldon (Pauline), Walt, Rex, Minnie (Allan), Melvie (Roy) and Ivy (Ron).

She is survived by: her daughters, Diane (Jim), Norma (Jim) and Bernice (Mark); her grandchildren, Steven (Colleen), Ryan (Ashley), Christopher (Brooklyn) and Kayla (Curtis); her great grandchildren, Caden, Peyton and William; her siblings, Max (Marilyn) and Evelyn (Aiden); and her siblings-in-law, Hedley, Daphne (Sterry), Annie, Bernice and Brenda.

As an expression of sympathy a donation may be made in Eva's memory to St. Andrew's By The Sea United Church, Old Perlican.
