He was predeceased by: his former wife Annie; his parents, Edward Ellen and Rose Ellen; and his sisters, Violet (Simeon), Barbara (Stewart) and Ina.
He is survived by: his wife Gertrude Locke; his children, Jocelyn, Carson (Pam) and Gail (Thane); his grandchildren, Chantel (Jody), Cavelle (Ted), Cathy (Jeff), Matt (Tasha), Meghan (Nathan), Thana (Gerald) and Nigel (Meagan); his siblings, Sam (Karen) and Rhoda; his sisters-in-law, Claudine and Mae (Aubrey); his parents-in-law, Arch, Martha Brown, Simon, Edgar (Ura), Rosie (Melvin), Graham and Linda; and his great grandchild Bexx. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews family and friends.
A formal wake & sing cannot be held at this time but the family will hold a memorial sing at the Gospel Hall at a later date when Covid -19 restrictions are lifted.
