He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Kelly and Hazel Kelly; his brothers, David, George and John; and his parents-in-law, George Ball and Mary Ball.

He is survived by : his wife Tina Kelly; his son Gavin Kelly; his siblings, Elizabeth, Regina, Edward (Helen), Sheila, Cyril (Nina), Thomas (Linda), Beverly (Jamie), Mary (Monty), Dale (Jeannette), Kimberly (Debby) and Penny (Tony); his siblings-in-law, Jim (Shirley), Janet (Gary) and Mary-Jane (Evan); and his friend Emily Batstone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and coworkers.

Due to Covid-19 Government Restrictions a private family viewing and funeral service will be held with burial at Mount Patricia Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
