We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2025, Lucy Mae (Pittman) Payne of Pasadena, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Payne; her parents, Norman Pittman and Elsie Pittman; her brother Lorne Pittman; her siblings-in-law, Annie Pittman and Hubert House; her parents-in-law, Guy and Cora Payne; and her siblings-in-law, Alice, Donald Payne, Lawrence and Kenneth Payne.

She is survived by: her son Rick Payne (Deanne); her grandchildren, Ricky and Annika; her daughter Susan Bartels (Scott); her grandchildren, Callum and Kieran; her siblings, Carl, Sadie, Coyley (Geraldine), Laud (Irene), Roddie (Glenda), Alonzo and Velma; her sisters-in-law, Bertha Payne, Sarah Payne and Marie Bennett; and her aunt Marie Bennett. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and cherished friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Red Cross or Western Memorial Regional Hospital.
