He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Snow and Kathleen Snow; his brother Daniel; and his brothers-in-law, Abram Budgell, Randolph Budgell, Cecil Budgell, Wallace Budgell, John Budgell, Christopher Budgell, Harry Budgell and Carolyn Budgell.

He is survived by: his wife Ethel; his son Justin (Amanda); his grandchildren, Jessy and Joel; his sister Freda Keats; and also, Clifford Budgell (Elsie), Duke, Albert (Barb), Freeman (Thelma), Allan, Joyce and Alma Patsy (Jim).
