She was predeceased by : her parents, Cavelle Chafe and Fred Chafe; her siblings, Christine Chafe, Harrison, David, Freddie and Bobby Chafe; and her son Rodney Quinlan.

She is survived by : her husband Austin Chaulk; her children, Christine Dicks (Bert) and David Byrne (Corina); her grandchildren, Kayla Booth (Wes), Hayley Dicks, Ella Byrne and Ryan Chafe-Quinlan; her great grandchildren, Izabella and Ayden Booth; and her brothers, Reg (Ann) and Derrick Chafe (Jean). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Flowers or donations can be made to St. George's Anglican Church, Petty Harbour in Daphne's name.
