He is survived by : his wife Sharon (Holden); his children, David (Catherine Comerford) and Cheryl (Liam Merrigan); his grandchildren, Kylie, Isaac, Tabitha and Violet; his siblings, Robert (Annette), Janice (Ellery), Dianne (Gerald), Dorothy Ann (Verne) and Gloria (Francis); his brothers-in-law, Ronnie Chafe, Larry Holden, Brian Holden (Anna Mae) and Ken Holden (Rita); his aunt Mary Horan; his uncle David Weir; and his brothers, Hubert (Linda), Keith (Debbie) and George (Terri).
