He was predeceased by : his son Eric; his parents, Patrick McGrath and Julia McGrath; his parents-in-law, Charles and Margaret Coffey; his siblings, Julia McNeill (Hubert), Agnes Bragg (Jim), Jane McGrath, Wilhelmina McGrath and Clem; and his sister-in-law Gisela McGrath.

He is survived by : his wife Peggy; his children, Colleen and Mark (Gail); his brothers, George, Stan (Theresa) and Hubert (Rose); his siblings-in-law, Madonna McGrath, Flossie Careen (Gordon) and Donnie McGrath; his grandchildren, Curtis McGrath, Andrew, James and Kyle Manning; his great grandchildren, Jack, Maggie and Brian Manning; and also Pat.
