He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foley and Alice Foley. He is survived by: his siblings, Madonna (Calvin), Delores (Terry), Beverly (Frank) and Eric (Pauline); his nieces and nephews, Kimberly (Petie), Cassandra, Jenina (Stephen) and Christopher; and his great-nieces, McKinley and Catherine.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coombs Funeral Home (267 Beach High Rd, Placentia, NL A0B2Y0). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Coombs Memorial Chapel.
