He was predeceased by : his close friend Nellie Wadman; his parents, Lawrence Hickey and Margaret Hickey (Cheeseman); and his brother Urban. He is survived by : his sisters, Josephine (Peter) and Lucy (Roland); his stepchildren, Glenn (Rita), Valerie and Barry (Pauline); and his nephew Dexter.
