He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah (Cunningham); his parents, David O'Keefe and Mary O'Keefe (Tremblett); his parents-in-law, Edward and Bridget Cunningham (Roche); his stepson Edward Lake; his children, David O'Keefe and Bridget Mary; his grandchildren, Mark O'Keefe and Maureen Lake; his close friend Mary White; and his sister Evelyn King (late John).
He is survived by: his children, Clement Jr. (late Ida), Hughie (Dolores), Gerard (Emma), Len (Bon), Nick, Terry (Betty), Ellen (Philip Gardiner), Fran (Dennis Hefferan), Sarah (Andy Daley), Robert (Margie), Randy, Jim (Cathy) and Joe. He is also survived by grandchildren, 63 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
