He was predeceased by: his parents, Genevieve McGrath and Ignatius McGrath; his siblings, Kenneth (Marg), Junior (Betty), Cyril (Liz), Ambrose (late Nellie) and Bernadette (late Alf); and his parents-in-law, Philip and Mame McGrath.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila McGrath; his children, Noel (Gillian), Ross (Kim), Derek (Dawn) and Sheila Mary (Chad); his grandchildren, Brent, Justin, Sarah, Gracie, Emma, Claire and Lily; and his in-law Michael (Johnny). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in laws.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Maher's Funeral Home (11 Veteran's Way, Placentia, NL A0B2Y0). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at the Patrick's Cove Cemetery.
