He is survived by: his wife Madonna (White); his son Gerard (Dana); his grandchildren, Hayley, Noah and Dylan; his brother Gordon (Betty); and his brothers-in-law, Brian (Pearl) and Dag Friis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.
