He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Fergus; his brothers, Mike, Ben (Mary), Tony and Wilf; his niece Cindy; his brother-in-law Duane; his father-in-law Albert Northcott; Cynthia.
He is survived by: his significant other Glorina; his son Ryan (Kerilyn); his siblings, Kathleen (Camillus), Mary Lou, Fergus "Duce" (Pam), Gerald "Butch" (Diane), Loyola (Annmarie) and Randal (Eileen); his siblings-in-law, Muriel, Joan, Marjorie, Vanessa (Stuart), Jenelle and Alden (Jill); his mother-in-law Marie; his godchildren, Julie and William; and his close friends, Peter, Anastasia, Ray and Kelly.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anne's Church (1194 NL-100, Dunville, NL A0B1S0).
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made in Max's memory to St. Anne's Church, Dunville Max will be missed dearly; while his passing leaves an unbearable void.
