He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Jane Duke and Violet King Hammond. He is survived by: his parents, Bill Duke (Lucy Duke) and Sonya O'Keefe Duke; his siblings, Jordan O'Keefe, Diane Whalen (Ken) and Bill Jr.; his parents-in-law, Adrian and Kitty O'Keefe; and his brother Keefe. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and co-workers.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Maher's Funeral Home (11 Veteran's Way, Placentia, NL A0B2Y0). A burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at the Dermot McGettigan Memorial Cemetery (735 Southeast Road, Placentia, NL A0B0B9).
