It is with sadness that the passing of Sophia Dorothy Spurrell (Pools Cove, Newfoundland) is shared. Sophia, born on October 29, 1947, passed away on July 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, John May, Rosetta Whalen and Ellen Snook. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd; her children, Terry (Debbie), Bradley (Ginger) and Tammy (Jason); and her grandchildren, Mark, Adam, Matthew, Colby, Emma, Natalie and Nicholas. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews, neighbours, and many dear friends.
