He was predeceased by: his father Bill King; and his aunt Carrie Goodyear. He is survived by: his mother Susie King; his children, Brittany Smart (Ian) and Billy King (Ashley); and his grandsons, Levi, Wesley and Blake. He is also survived by siblings, aunts, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the King family, who will decide on monetary disbursements at a later date.
