He is survived by: his parents, Evelyn Plowman and Millage Plowman; his grandmother Vivian Decker; his cousin Anthony Decker; his close friend Dennis Rumbolt (Chris Andrews); his aunt Martha (Hank); his uncle Terry (Irene, family: Andy, Verlyn, Michael); his great-aunt Frances; and his cousin Hollis. He is also survived by family, Andy (Maxine) and family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church (91 Fisher St, Port au Choix, NL A0K4C0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church (91 Fisher St, Port au Choix, NL A0K4C0). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sandy Cove Interfaith Cemetery.
